As many of you know, I am currently involved in an ongoing custody matter regarding my son, CJ. I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing; I am simply advocating for my child to remain in the stable, healthy, and loving environment he has known his entire life; attending his same school, maintaining his routines, and continuing to thrive in his home and social life.

Unfortunately, my case is becoming increasingly complex. Fortunately, with prior help from generous people, I finally have been able to hire an attorney. However, my attorney has explained that cases like mine commonly proceed to trial (often nine times out of ten) especially when the other parent is seeking full custody. When that happens, the financial burden becomes extremely heavy. Each hearing alone can cost up to $10,000, and as these cases continue, the total can reach tens of thousands of dollars due to multiple hearings, filings, and trial preparation.

Because of this reality, I am humbly asking for help.

CJ is doing well in school, follows a consistent routine, and is surrounded by a loving home life that prioritizes his education, health, and emotional well-being. Maintaining that stability is my highest priority.
