Support Priscilla's Journey to Become a Nurse

Hi everyone! My name is Priscilla, and I’m a stay-at-home mom of two beautiful kids, reaching out with a heartfelt request. My lifelong dream has been to become a nurse, to provide compassionate care and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I began my journey in healthcare as a Medical Assistant, but when COVID hit in 2020, I left my job to care for my children and to finally pursue this dream full-time.

Since then, I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to this point, balancing my studies with family responsibilities. Thanks to online classes, I managed to juggle my coursework while staying home with my kids. Today, I’m thrilled to be officially enrolled in a nursing program and preparing to start clinicals this January. But despite exhausting all my options for financial aid and grants, I’m facing a funding gap that I can’t bridge on my own—and I’m now at risk of being removed from the program if I can’t pay my tuition.

It’s taken a lot for me to reach out for help. I’ve always been independent, doing my best to handle everything on my own, and my husband works so hard to support us. But with only one income, we’re just not able to cover this final hurdle. I know times are difficult for many right now, which is why I’m asking for support—whether through a small donation or by simply sharing this page.
