Support Prince Williams' Elite Soccer Dream

My name is Tessa Williams and I am mother to Princeton “Prince” Williams. Prince developed a love for soccer back in 2022. It was a few months after the passing of his dad. I didn’t know just how much he loved it until one day, he came to me and expressed that he wanted me to find a team he could play for.

Since Spring 2023, he has been in soccer. We did two seasons at Chappapeela Sports Park and three at Central Tangi League. We loved them both and Prince truly excelled at being one of the best players.

Last week, we were afforded an opportunity to participate in Coach Emily McMillan’s Kicks Against Cancer Futsal Camp. It was there that we met Coaches Bryce and Joe. Coach Bryce approached me and told me how good Prince was. He even said that tryouts for his team were over, but he was willing to do a private tryout for Prince. On Thursday, July 24th, Coach Joe suggested the same. They decided to have a private tryout on Sunday, July 27th. Prince made the Elite Team at STYSA!

The price is steep and we are in need of help. We didn’t see this opportunity coming, but we know that God makes no mistakes and it was divine intervention that those coaches were there and saw Prince’s passion and talent.
