An icon in the Baltimore community, Griot, Sage, Sekuru, Umkhulu, friend and custodian of knowledge about and for musicians, music and life, who worked for WEAA at Morgan State U from 1990 through 2008 under the moniker “Prime Time”, has run into some financial difficulties in these troubled times. Mr. Ellerbe has had medical issues, and now the power has been turned off at his home. We are hoping that at this time, especially with the holidays and winter approaching, you can help turn the lights back on.
