Bonjour friends!

I’m Presley Howeth, and I’m hoping to go on a short-term foreign exchange trip to France this spring. We’ll be hosting a student from France this fall, and I can’t wait to show her our culture and way of life. Hopefully, I’ll get to visit her home in the spring and experience how she lives, too!

I’ve been studying French for years, and now I might get the chance to experience the language, culture, and everyday life in person.

Over the years, I’ve taken several different language classes, but when it came time to choose one to focus on, it was an easy decision. I fell in love with the French language and have learned so much about its culture—it would be a dream come true to experience it firsthand. I’d hate to miss out on this opportunity!

Thanks to my French teacher, Madame Crepin, and the amazing travel agent helping organize everything, I’ve been given a little grace on the payment deadlines. But time is running out, as airfare and hotel bookings need to be confirmed soon.

This trip means so much to me—it’s a chance to step out into the world, learn from new people, and bring those experiences back home. Any support or encouragement truly means the world.
