Dear friends and well-wishers,

The sudden loss of Praveen has plunged his wife Deepa and their two daughters into an incredibly difficult and unimaginable period. Praveen battled liver damage for the past few years, and the family received a devastating blow when doctors deemed him ineligible for a liver transplant due to his weak heart condition in January. He was admitted to hospice care at the end of February and peacefully passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, March 12.

Praveen was known for his cheerful demeanor, kindness, and positive attitude. He was a great friend to many and made significant contributions during his years at SEI, particularly in building the ADS from the ground up, shaping its design and architecture. His absence will be keenly felt, as he was dedicated to solving problems and finding solutions, never resting until the job was done. However, despite his determination, fate had other plans.
