Hi My name is Praline Pearl. I am a 4 month old prairie dog. Not a lot of people know what I am, but they say I sure am cute. My mommy had me out one day playing with me. I love when mommy and daddy spend time with me. I got scared and decided to jump off mommy. When I landed on the floor my arm broke. My parents took me to a nice doctor who put a pretty pink splint on my arm. I wasn’t happy about it but daddy said it would help me feel better. Two weeks later mommy and daddy took me back to the doctor to see how my arm was healing. I heard them saying something to someone named God. They said “please let our baby be healing.” I tried my best to get better but my arm just wasn’t healing. The nice doctor said I need something called surgery. Mommy and daddy will have to take me to this place called Knoxville which is 3.5 hours away. They said that my surgery is going to cost a lot of money. I told my parents not to worry, that we will figure it out. I wanted to ask my friends to help my mommy and daddy so I can get better. They love me a lot and treat me so good.
