Hi, my name is Gillian and I’m fundraising for an initiative started by the children in Our Lady Immaculate Junior School called ‘Our Dream Yard’. The existing conditions of the school yard presents numerous challenges, including potential hazards and limited play opportunities, hindering the overall development and well-being of the children. The children crave a play space that they can safely run around without the risk of regular cuts and bumps. We have no green space So the addition of a recycled rubber matting surface on our yard along with play zones would serve as a safe and accessible space for children to engage in physical activities, socialise, and learn essential life skills.
