Running a business is no small feat, and right now, I need your support. Positive Alignment Solutions is dedicated to connecting top-tier candidates with companies that need them, but we’re facing a critical funding challenge to keep our doors open while working on essential workforce development and executive staffing contracts.

With historic government layoffs happening, access to retraining is more critical than ever. In Philadelphia, there is a significant push to staff up for the upcoming World Cup and the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Just last night, hundreds of federal workers were laid off from the Park Service, and these individuals need help transitioning into new roles. We need to prepare the city for these massive events, and I want to assist displaced workers in rewriting their resumes and upskilling for new industries.

However, I currently do not have the revenue or cash flow to make this happen. I am willing to meet job seekers at libraries and other public spaces to offer free or low-cost classes to help them reskill, but I need financial support to sustain these efforts.

Positive Alignment Solutions specializes in hospitality and executive search assistance, leveraging a network of over 250 remote recruiters to connect businesses with top talent. Whether it's finding the perfect fit for high-level leadership roles or staffing essential hospitality positions, our network allows us to meet the unique needs of various industries. Maintaining these vital connections helps companies grow while ensuring job seekers find opportunities that align with their skills and career goals.

In addition, we are launching a workforce development program to assist reentry candidates, welfare-to-work participants, and other underutilized populations by connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities. These individuals deserve a second chance, and with proper guidance and resources, they can become valuable contributors to the workforce. Unfortunately, my business's critical revenue shortage threatens our ability to take on these challenges. I would be truly grateful for any support in advancing this mission to uplift struggling workers and improve lives.
