Lupus is an autoimmune disorder where the body attacks itself. Mainly attacking vital organs like the heart, kidneys, and skin. Many know that Porschea has lupus and was diagnosed 12 years ago. And now, lupus has attacked her kidneys, causing her to start dialysis and await a kidney. She has been in and out of the hospital these past few months, missing work, and now bills are catching up with her. Since she was a hard worker, her checks reflected too much income for approval for disability (although this last month she has barely worked). Despite family and friends assisting where they can, our girl needs a financial breakthrough. If our old school cronies could donate $1 to $5, it will make a difference in her life right now.
