Our sweet girl Poppy fell and fractured her femur. She’s less than 6 months old and only 3 pounds, so her bones are extra fragile and sensitive to trauma - we believe she may have fallen on her leg at a bad angle while jumping from her cat tree. We’re paying for emergency surgery with CareCredit so that an orthopedic surgeon can reset the bone with pins & metal plates to give her the best shot at recovery - our only other option was amputation, which we wanted to avoid at all costs to give her the best shot at a full recovery and better quality of life with all four of her legs!
