Calling all cat lovers and TNR people who may be of help.
I have been caring for this outdoor cat for going on 6 years. It took me 5 years to get him to trust me enough to get him fixed and vaccinated, etc.
A few days ago, he came home holding up his front left paw. I believe he has broken his leg, if I'm completely honest with you. He is a precious part of our family now, and I can't do anything to help him.
Being a single mom of two, and unable to work due to health issues, currently mid-application for disability, everything is stressful right now. I don't know what to do for him.
He needs to see a vet to receive the help he needs. He will be seeing one in a few days; however, if it is indeed broken, I simply cannot pay for that procedure. I cannot just allow them to euthanize him due to a leg injury. I'd rather they repair it or maybe even amputate if necessary.
What I'm getting at is would anyone be willing to pitch in a few dollars to help our beloved Poppa Kitty?
He was completely feral when we first met years ago. It has taken a long time of building trust and love with him. I refuse to just let that disappear. If anyone can find it in their hearts to help me help Poppa, I would be forever grateful.
Thank you sincerely.
