I'm reaching out to ask for your support as we start this GoFundMe for my beloved Nino, Polo Ortega. He has recently been diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a form of liver cancer and is now in urgent need of a liver transplant.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult journey for our family, both emotionally and financially. The cost of the transplant, ongoing treatments, and essential medications is incredibly high. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference and bring us one step closer to giving him the care he urgently needs.
