Our friend and colleague Polly Zelek needs our help.
She recently found out that her renal cancer is active again. Thankfully this was detected early through therapies stemming from her initial diagnosis, but there's still plenty we can do.
Next week she'll be leaving the country for about a month to receieve treatment. While she's gone, we want her to focus as much energy as she can into fighting the disease, rather than worrying about money.
While we would love to exceed the goal, we're hopeful to raise enough money to help cover her rent, with any additional money going towards her medical bills.
If you've been into the shop, there's a very good chance Polly has helped you out and likely done so with a smile on her face. She's not only a part of our family, but genuinely brightens the lives of everyone she meets.
