Praised be Jesus Christ.

I am Oskar Ireneusz Sulkowski, a seminarian of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest. I would like to share my story with you. I was born in western Poland, in Zielona Góra but I lived in a small town called Sulechów. After some studies and various jobs I came to Germany, where for three years (2014-2017) I worked full-time, first as a kitchen assistant in a well-known regional catering service, and then as a salesperson in a café at a college in Koblenz.

The Corpus Christi Mass celebrated by Monsignor R.M. Schmitz, the Vicar General of the Institute, at Maria Engelport Monastery.
Thanks to friend from the Polish Catholic Mission, who showed me the monastery Maria Engelport belonging to the Institute, I attended the Traditional Latin Mass for the first time. It was then that I decided to join the Institute to see if this was the path that the Lord had chosen for me, as indicated by the Blessed Virgin Mary. I believe that it is thanks to the Virgin Mary but also with the heavenly assistance of Saint Joseph, that I was ordained a Subdeacon and have reached my 6th year.

Ordination to the Subdiaconate, Florence, 2023.
Until now, I have never had to do this, but there has come a moment when I would like to ask for help. Ahead of me, not long from now, and if it is God's will, deacon ordination and last year in seminary.
The education of a seminarian is a challenging task, both for the superiors who must provide everything necessary for the seminarians and on the other hand, for the seminarians who contribute by paying tuition. On the other hand we need to find funds for transportation, liturgical vestments, clothing, and other essential items (notebooks, personal hygiene products, etc.) as well. I am unable to cover the entire amount.
Another expense will be the ordination itself; purchasing vestments, an alb, and other necessary items is a significant cost.
A seminarian can't engage in paid employment, so must pray, that someone may come forward to help in his formation, so that he may become a priest of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, I would like to ask for support. I may not be able to repay in the same measure, but I can promise that I will pray for each benefactor, throughout my life. Not only for them but also for the souls of their departed loved ones in purgatory. I know from experience how big sacrifice is going work every day to earn money and to give up a part of it to help someone. I am so grateful for that.
A main task of an seminarian is to study. But as experience shows a future priest must know how to accomplish various practical tasks to ensure a good condition of the apostolate. Some of seminarians are sendend to our apostolates to help Canons (priests) in their service. Half of the time they are studying and other half working. It's very benedictine way of formation. St. Benedict is one of our saints patrons.
So I'm now in our apostolate in Bayerich Gmain in Bavaria.
Let me show you some pictures how it looks like.

Preparation of the Holy Mass.

Purification of the sacred linens.

Ironing of the sacred linens.

Cooking

and cleaning.

Keeping the church clean.
There are many other thing like shopping for the community etc and various other things as well.
Last year I took part in a liturgical workshop Ars Celebrandi in Licheń (Marian sanctuary and place of apparitions), one of the biggest in Europe, where I had the opportunity to teach and demonstrate to both younger and older participants how to serve Low Mass.

First Mass of Fr. Jan Andrzejewski IBP during Ars Celebrandi in Licheń Basilica.

Serving High Mass with participants of the workshop and one of my confrere, here as a master of ceremonies.

Prayer.
As was said above, this initiative also costs money, especially transport. I plan to go there again with my confrere this year to teach how to serve in Classic Roman Rite. Therefore, any support is welcome.
Thank you and God bless!
