Many of you know me and my family through our life-saving care of rescuing equines and donkeys! We own PJ Farm Rescue Inc., a non-profit 501c3 rescue dedicated to the emergency care of our equines! Unfortunately, this time illness has fallen upon me!! I have kept this very close and to myself with many individuals asking what’s going on and how they can help! Due to my ongoing medical needs and several head/brain tumors found on CT/MRI, I have recently been in and out of hospitals, silent seizures, extreme pain, vestibular and cervical migraines, vertigo, and more. Sadly, my husband had to make a difficult decision and leave his job to care for me, our family (two young boys), and all of the horses and donkeys in our care. Financially, this has taken a huge toll on our family as I do not have health insurance and medical is being paid for out of pocket (this is not a simple apply for state insurance…. It’s not that simple, if it were I would have it). My last ER visit on April 13th was $22,387.00 just to stabilize me so that I could go home. April 27th, 2026, I am having the largest tumor removed, which measures 1.9cm, to hopefully get some answers. We are asking if you feel inclined to donate to help with basic bills as the majority of our funds are going to my medical needs. I am attaching photos of my CT/MRI scans.
