Help Support Pink’s Stroke Recovery
On Monday May 19th, our dad—known to many as “Pink”—suffered a stroke that has turned his world upside down. He’s a proud U.S. Navy veteran, a dedicated small business owner, and the heart behind Pink’s Classic Auto Body. If you’ve ever been to a classic car show in the area, chances are you’ve seen him there, sharing laughs, stories, probably a few beers, and his deep love of cars with the community he’s so proud to be part of.
Right now, Pink is in the hospital recovering and awaiting placement in an in-patient rehabilitation facility where he’ll begin the long road to healing. The stroke has affected his ability to work, and unfortunately, he won’t qualify for Medicare until November. We’re still waiting to find out what kind of support he might receive from the VA, but in the meantime, the costs are already piling up.
As his daughters, we’re stepping in to help—but we can’t do it alone. We’re reaching out to dad’s community for support during this difficult time. All donations will go directly toward:
• Medical and hospital bills
• In-patient rehab and recovery expenses
• Essential living costs while he’s unable to work
Our dad has always been strong, stubborn (in the best way), and fiercely independent. He’s the kind of guy who shows up for his friends without hesitation—and now, we’re asking his friends to show up for him.
Whether you’re able to donate, share this page, or just send a kind word, we’re beyond grateful. Every bit of support means the world to us and will help our dad focus on what matters most: getting better.
With heartfelt thanks,
