Our precious Piggy had a traumatic eye injury and it requires surgical removal. We were not prepared for this type of unexpected expense.

How it happened: I was out in the alley behind the garage shoveling snow. My Piggy got loose and went running up the alley.

My son Paul went to find her. Luckily she was found within 5 minutes but managed to get injured in that short time frame

The doggy opthalmologist says acute blindness due to blunt force trauma.
