My name is Ignazio Di Giovanna, and I am facing a difficult battle against Parkinson’s disease.

Living with this condition means dealing every day with stiffness, tremors, and limitations that make even the simplest actions a challenge. But despite everything, I don’t want to give up: I still have a strong will to live, to fight, and to look toward the future with hope.

Unfortunately, the treatments, therapies, and specialized care come with very high costs.
