Hi, my name is Malena, and I’m asking for help during one of the hardest moments my family has ever faced.

My dad is the kindest and most selfless person I know. He raised five children on his own and gave us everything he had. Soon, he will be returning to his home country of Laos, and our family will be left without our main source of income and health insurance.

I will be stepping in to care for my younger sister, who is still in high school, and help support my grandparents. This change has been overwhelming, and we are doing our best to stay strong for each other.

The funds raised will help my dad travel safely and support my family with basic needs as we adjust to this new reality.
