Support Phoenix's Eye Surgery Fund

This is my cat, Phoenix. I adopted him a year ago and he has a virus that attacks the cells in his eye. I have taken him to multiple veterinarians, including a vet ophthalmologist, and he’s undergone many medications just to get the virus under control. For most of this past year, I have given him eye drops 3 times daily and his eye is still not healing. So despite my best efforts, the best thing to do would be to remove his eye. He will be much happier and healthier without the pain and stress of the inflammation and constant poking and prodding. In the last year, I have probably spent upwards of $3,000 on vet bills and specialists and I am simply not in a position to pay for the surgery which is another $3,000. I live completely on my own and I’m paycheck to paycheck. He’s my first cat I’ve ever adopted at 24 years old and I can’t give up on him now. It’s difficult to watch him suffer while I am unable to afford the care that he needs and deserves. If you’re an animal lover and have some spare change, any and all help is very much appreciated!
