My brother, Phillip Penrose, arrived in Paris, France on July 30th with plans to attend the Olympics and propose to his girlfriend, Hailey. Tragically, these plans changed quickly. On the morning of July 31st, Phillip was the victim of a hit-and-run and was found semi-conscious outside their Airbnb. He was taken to a local hospital, where he underwent an emergency surgery and is now waiting to have additional surgeries. He has a long recovery ahead of him and we don’t know how long he will remain overseas.

We are raising funds to help pay for medical expenses as well as Phil’s rehabilitation and a healthy recovery. We appreciate any support in helping get my baby brother home and healthy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
