I have a hereditary kidney condition called Polycystic Kidney Disease. I was recently, referred to UC Davis Healthcare / Transplant Center to be evaluated for a kidney transplant. I'm still waiting to find out, if I'll be eligible for a transplant or not.

Given the severity and complexities associated with my PKD, it is my genuine hope and constant prayer that I'll eventually, be approved and placed on the transplant list with Mayo Clinics in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota, as well as with UC Davis in Sacramento.

Though I have been in fairly good health most of my life despite my hereditary kidney disease, my health (energy level) has recently declined. Consequently, I having to reduce my working hours and may soon be unable to work.

At some point in the near future, I will likely need to travel to Arizona to be evaluated and to register as a kidney donor recipient. It may even be necessary for me to temporarily move to another state to reduce my wait time for a transplant.

Therefore, I am humbly asking for your support while I take the time to rest, strengthen my health and travel to be evaluated and prepped for a transplant.
