Support Philip Gassman's Eagle Scout Project

Hello, my name is Philip Gassman and I am Life Scout of Troop 465. I have been a Scout for 5 years. I am about to begin work on my Eagle Scout project. I will be building a new loaner life-vest structure and also a handrail for a pre-existing footbridge at Hollis Lathem Reservoir. These improvements will significantly enhance safety and accessibility for all visitors at the reservoir. My project is scheduled to be on May 10.
