Hi everyone! Our son, Peyton, is leading this fundraiser for himself, but I'd like to give you some backstory.
Anyone who knows Peyton, knows he is always entertaining - whether it's being social, making someone laugh, or singing karaoke. We've always joked that Peyton could make friends with a tree! He owns any room that he's in.
Peyton participated in a series of auditions to take the next step in his Entertainment career. He had to memorize lines for a commercial (Pepsi) and audition in front of a judge named Tanya Chisholm (she's famous - Google her!). She loved him so he was accepted into an intense training program. Throughout this one-week program, Peyton will come prepared with a memorized comedic and dramatic monologue, memorize lines for commercials, and will have watched and studied several training videos and materials. The program will be held in either Los Angeles or Minneapolis later 2026. While he is there, he will train from 9-6pm every day. On the last day, Peyton will be a part of a showcase in which he will perform his monologues, take part in improv, and more in front of Casting Directors, Agents, and Managers that are either local to LA or fly into Minneapolis from LA (same faces at each location). He will get his professional headshot taken and a resume will be built for him, including his very own Actors Reel (from live scenes he shot during training) that will be considered as an 'actors' credit' while applying for auditions. By participating in this program, chances are good that Peyton will be scouted by agents! The opportunities are endless with this kid.
Peyton would like to raise money to help pay for some of this training and travel.
Here is what Peyton would like to share with you all:
"Hi, I'm Peyton! I have always had a dream of being an actor, and my Mom and Dad have made that possible. So, can you guys please help me raise money to help pay for my training? I will try my hardest to be a good actor if I make it. And I am super grateful for my parents who made my dream come true. Thank you for your donation and everything else. Bye!"
