SUPPORT PETER’S FIGHT

Meet Peter!

HIS STORY:

Born and raised in Harrison New York, Peter is best known by friends and family for his positive attitude and his love of sports. Peter lives at home with his mother, Maria, and his sister, Sara. He is a graduate of Harrison High School and went on to obtain a degree from Johnson and Wales University. From there, Peter worked with the New York Mets for one season. Due to his current illness, Peter is unable to work.

Peter was first diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of five. Although he was treated with a combination of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, the same cancer returned at age seven. Peter survived this pediatric cancer seventeen years ago but is now facing a different type of brain cancer.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Our goal for this campaign is to alleviate the financial burdens for Peter and his family as he continues his treatment. Maria had to cut her work hours to provide Peter with the full-time care he needs and, as a result, her income was also cut. Every donation— small or generous— will make a positive impact in their lives.
