I am Peter James Webster, Transman, Disabled Senior Citizen on a very fixed income. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to come up with the other half of my rent and bills for March 2025. I know that money is tight everywhere...and can only pray that some help comes along. As a rule, I handle things on my own, but this is beyond what I am capable of doing alone.
