Support Perry Sloan's Recovery and Stability

My name is Perry Sloan. In October of 2024, I fell and broke my left hip. I was in a long-term rehab facility from November until January 9th. I came home and then had several trips back to the hospital with issues of fluid buildup in my lungs, which has left me dependent on oxygen.

I started back to work at the end of March, still on a walker and barely able to walk. I was working from home when I lost my job due to Eastman layoffs. I work through Teleoptics doing IT help desk for Eastman. Due to my health being in such poor state, I'm unable to work right now, and I'm trying to file my disability on the suggestion of my doctors.

I'm really behind on my bills, especially my rent. I owe $5,600 in back rent plus this month. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I don't get this money paid, I'm sure to be evicted and then I'll be homeless. My landlord has been wonderful to work with me, but it's getting to the point where he needs his money, and I understand. I have numerous medical bills that I have to pay as well.
