A Bit About the Play:

Perky is a coming-of-age comedy about a 19-year-old girl on the hunt for her first orgasm. Lost in the maze of her mind, far beyond her childhood bedroom, Perky is led on a wild-goose chase by the mysterious(ly sexy), Fantasy Lesbian. From Doctor Who to Draco, Perky is a night(mare) you’ll never forget…

A Bit About Us:

Leanna & Megan are fresh-off graduation from the National Theatre School of Canada, and they are bringing Perky to Megan’s hometown theatre festival: Notable Acts.

Leanna and Megan are two queer multidisciplinary artists (both under 22, both from opposite ends of the country!), and the creation/writing partners of Perky. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Leanna makes her home in Kingston, ON. Following Perky, Megan (a Fredericton local), will be making their way to Toronto, ON.
