Support Penny's Veterinary Hospitalization Bills

Hey everyone! We're raising funds to cover the vet expenses incurred by our dear friend Ren/Hailey's beautiful cat son, Pennywise, as he undergoes hospitalization and treatment for a yet-undetermined liver issue.

Penny is a shy, sweet seven-year-old boy who Ren/Hailey rescued off the street some years ago. Since then, he's been glued to his mommy's hip, incredibly snuggly and protective in equal measure. Chances are, if you've seen a photo of Penny, it's been of him offering a sweet, loving squint to his mom or showing off his silly-looking belly.

Earlier this week, Penny was abruptly struggling to keep food down and lost most of his appetite. After bloodwork and x-rays at the local vet, it was determined that his liver numbers were so dire that they warranted hospitalization for further treatment and diagnostics. The cost for this is estimated between $5-7k, so for now, we've set a middle-of-the-road goal for $6,000.

Things are tough for everyone right now, but anything you could spare to help alleviate the financial burden of his treatment on his mom while they go through this difficult time would be so very much appreciated. More information about diagnosis and costs may be added as we learn more.
