Support Penny's Urgent Relocation

I’m raising funds for a close family friend of mine (let’s call her Penny*) who is fleeing a violent home and her husband who perpetrates the domestic violence. After asking for help this week and sharing how bad the situation is, we’re trying to get her out to safety as soon as possible.

Being a senior citizen with no income, she has limited funds and we are trying to move her from one state to another (900miles) to pull her out of the dangerous situation. At this moment, our biggest need is a moving truck so she can pack up her things and move out over the weekend. However, with fuel, travel costs, the truck rental, and establishing a storage unit the cost is overwhelming too her. A seemingly insignificant sum, but truly unattainable for her under the circumstances.
