Our beloved Penny has been a dedicated bartender and part of Poodie’s team for several years. She’s always been one of our strongest and most reliable employees, bringing energy and kindness to every shift. Recently, Penny broke her toe while doing household chores. She’s now on crutches and, following her doctor’s instructions, will be off work for three to four weeks. As many know, working in the service industry means that time off work also means time without income. Penny is facing several weeks without her usual pay, making it difficult to cover her rent, groceries, and utilities during her recovery. We’re reaching out to our community for support.
