Hello, My name is Penny. My rental house of nearly 6yrs has been sold & I have to be out by the end of December. Please help support me in my unexpected moving journey to find a new home by December. Your donations will go directly to pay for security and pet deposits, credit checks and application fees that will secure a new apartment or rental house for me and my sweet fur baby, Jackson. I was stunned to learn that rent prices are nearly DOUBLE what I pay now. Rentals$800 & up plus a security deposit equal to the rent plus $200-$300 pet deposit & $50 upfront application fees. That is a lot to come up with all at once. I'm on disability that limits my monthly income, making this even more challenging.

In the last 3 years I've lost My Mother, my brother, my best friend, & now my home.
