I am Penny Mears. My husband (Perry) and I are heading to the Limpopo region of South Africa near Mokopane in November. This will be my first missions trip to Africa. We will be on a team from True Life Church and will be working with Blessman International on this 12-day adventure.

A few of the things we will be doing are feeding programs for the children, providing and fitting them for new shoes, exams and providing eye glasses, working in schools with girls and providing feminine hygiene kits, Agricultural work and we will be providing a village with a bore hole (well) so they can have clean drinking water as well as water for gardens. There are several other work projects we will be doing. Above all, we will be sharing the love of Jesus.

All funds will be primarily for my expenses. They include room, meals, airfare, land transportation and supplies. Any extra will be used for in-country supplies and events.
