My name is Penny; I am a queer woman living in the Midwest, and I'm so happy you're here!

Who am I?

I am a 28-year-old redhead. I am aspiring to be certified as a project manager, and at heart, I am a paleontological artist and musician!

In the last 6 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to be able to express and affirm my identity as a woman. I have been grateful for the support and care I have received from family, friends, and the many medical professionals working every day to help queer folk like me receive the care they deserve. I have now reached the point in my story where I am ready for Gender-Affirming Surgery (GAS), meaning I will be undergoing bottom surgery and finally having the body of my dreams.

The Mission

I've started this GoFundMe page for donations to help offset the costs I will be facing. Surgery is expensive, and as anyone can tell you, securing funding for out-of-pocket costs as well as the extra medical costs and hospital stay can be extremely difficult and leave me in enormous financial debt.

How can I Help?

That's where you come in! Any and all of your contributions will go to helping me pay for my hospital stay, medical expenses, living costs during recovery, and the cost of surgery itself.
