Support Penny's Family in Their Time of Loss

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I'm reaching out with a heavy heart due to the recent passing of my mom, Penny, who was not only my mom but my best friend. She leaves behind her husband Bobby, her son Ethan, her daughter Jennifer, her three grandkids, Miya, Lexilynn, and Logan, and all her loving extended family and friends.

My mom was, like I said, my best friend. I knew no matter what, I could call her anytime, day or night (not that she was always well at answering the phone, but I knew she'd call back LOL). She loved being a grandma. I can remember so many days of her waking up not feeling good but still forcing herself to get up, get ready, and make all the kids' games. She was a strong woman. She had gone through so much these past couple of years. It mainly started a few years ago when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After fighting it for a little over a year, she went into remission but never fully recovered and soon after developed more health issues, which led to her passing.

Since her passing, not only have we had to mourn the loss of her, but her husband, Bobby, has had to face a financial impact that her unexpected passing has caused.

As much as our family has come together to put her at rest, we have had to come to the realization that everything adds up.

I'll be honest, I'm not one to ever ask for help. However, given this situation and the fact that it's my mom, I have come to the realization it is okay to reach out for help. It's never easy asking for help, but I know it's something I need to do for my family during this time.
