Help Support Penny Olson

On the night fierce storms tore through Bemidji, one of our community’s most cherished small businesses — Thunderbird Graphics — was devastated. Lovingly operated since May 1992 and owned since August 2018 by our friend Penny Olson, Thunderbird Graphics has been a creative force in our town for years, providing custom designs, signs, apparel, and unwavering support to schools, local events, and fellow small businesses. Penny has always shown up for us. Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

The damage to the business was extensive and heartbreaking. As with any disaster, many pieces are still unknown, however, the bills continue to come. As Penny sifts through the wreckage and works to rebuild she is left with the continuing expenses both business and personal.

Without the assistance from those that care, Penny struggles to rebuild or reopen — something she has poured her heart, time, and talent into for years.

This GoFundMe is a way for all of us to rally around Penny — to lift her up when she needs it most. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping bring Penny move forward after the devastation the storm has caused both personally and professionally.
