This is sweet Penelope she needs emergency surgery from what I believe she may be growing tumors all beneath her. They are growing larger and larger by the day. Thankfully she hasnt shown any signs of depression but I fear she may need immediate help and I don’t have the funds to take her at this moment. My fur babies are my world and I don’t understand why vet bills get so high!!! If anyone is willing to contribute or point me in the right direction to help her. I highly appreciate it & will gladly update
