Hello everyone, I am Monique and I am making this on behalf of my sister and brother-in-law.

It is with a heavy heart that we now inform all extended family and friends of Peter/Pedros fight. June of 2024 Pedro was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma ( HCC) due to Hepatitis. Even though he got treatment for the hepatitis and it was cleared up, his liver was severly damaged, and the only treatment would be a transplant. Pedro did all the requirements asked of him to get ready for transplant. One final step required an angiogram and when this was administered it was found that Pedro's liver had 50+ masses. Because of this new finding Pedro was no longer a candidate for transplant the one and only treatment for his type of cancer and his situation. Pedro has fought and fought hard through the last two years. His body is tired and Pedro will be going home to be on hospice and spend the rest of his time with loved ones now. Pedro was let go from his employment a month prior to his diagnosis and has been on disability since. His wife is part-time remotely working due to her caring for Pedro. They have five children three of which are still teenagers and at home. With the grace of God and love of family and friends Pedro and his family have made it this far. We ask now to all of you for help in donation in making sure services and any other expenses that might come up during this time be taken care of.
