We are friends and loved ones of Pedro Recinos Rivera, who has been in the United States now for more than 20 years, helping beautify and restore homes while sending resources back home to his family in El Salvador. He is one of the most kind and trustworthy people we know who works hard and brings joy to those around him. His wife Brenda has been working tirelessly to advance his case toward release while she also supports their extended family.

Pedro and his brother-in-law (Brenda's brother), Alexander, were detained by ICE in early September, first held in a facility in Chantilly and are being moved to Farmville, near Richmond. He has had two hearings so far and the next hearing is going to be held in early December.
