My name is Troy Kopischke from Minneapolis, MN.  Pedro has been a real Blessing to our family and to many others he has come in contact with.   He has been our captain in the BVI over the years and we have become close to him over those years.   He and his family has been dramatically impacted by hurricane Irma.   He has lost his house and termporary livelihood.   Even though he and his family has suffered tragic loss - he stills says, "I am Blessed man."     

He is trying to get two of his children to London for schooling because the schools will be closed down for at least a year ~ they would be staying with his oldest son.   He has lost his house that he built himself and does not have insurance on the house.    Pedro has many expenses, food & water, hotel expenses, and travel expenses to get his children to London.   

I asked Pedro to send me the people he became friends with over time and I would contact people for financial support.   I have contacted many of you via phone.  If you would prefer to do a direct wire transfer, I can provide that information.  Please send me an email at [E-Mail ausgeblendet].   I am also working on linking a paypal account for him for those that want to transfer via paypal.   

I have not asked Pedro for specifics or given him any specifics on how the proceeds are to be used.   I trust he will use the money wisely. 

The monies from this campaign will be deposited into my account and then wired directly to Pedro's account.   I have learned that this will be easier with a GoFundMe because he is in the BVI.   I have already done a test wire transfer into his bank account.
