Help Pear Heal and Enjoy Her Golden Years

On Monday, November 17th, we found Pear—a sweet senior dog—wandering alone in our community. She had clearly been abandoned and showed heartbreaking signs of long-term neglect. Her nails were extremely overgrown, and a strong rotten odor came from her mouth due to a severe infection. Her teeth were dangling, causing her immense pain. Despite all this, Pear greeted us with gentle eyes full of hope.

After searching for her owner with no success, we knew we had to act. Pear is now safe, loved, and already part of our family—but she urgently needs comprehensive medical care as soon as possible.

The donation will cover:

Vaccines: Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies

Bloodwork and X-rays to check her overall health

Heartworm test and preventive care

Dental surgery & medications

Follow-up visits & care

Every donation will go directly toward Pear’s veterinary care—helping her live pain-free and enjoy the love and security she deserves in her golden years.

Pear is already thriving in small ways: she’s eating wet food, resting safely, and bonding with our family. Our other dog, Leonardo, absolutely loves her, and our six-year-old daughter reads bedtime stories to her every night. Pear has the sweetest soul and deserves to spend her remaining years in comfort, surrounded by love.
