It’s been a difficult road lately and hard on Pearl's health. With this last hospitalization, Marco has had to take more time off work to care for Pearl's needs. With Marco's health not that great as well, it puts an unforeseen burden on the family.

If Pearl recovers from this blood infection, she still needs two more surgeries to complete the reconstruction phase, in addition to whatever else may go on in the process with her CRPS and other illnesses. The last thing we want for the family is extra stress during this time.
