My name is Mikala and my sweet baby Peanut is a 6 year old corgi mix. Peanut is the spunkiest and most stubborn boy you could ever meet! Kinda like his mamma! Peanut loves treats, belly rubs, his mamma, and his sister (even though she’s a cat). Peanut HATES long walks on the beach….frankly he’s lazy and hates long walks anywhere. He is the light of my life and is a big reason my wallet is always empty, but i love him so so much.

Peanut had his first seizure back in August of 2023. He was then diagnosed with epilepsy and was placed on medication. Over the last two years, Peanut and I have been through so many treatment plans and medication changes and adjustments.

At this time, Peanut’s seizures have spiked and he cannot make it through the night without having a breakout or cluster seizure. His vet has recommended seeing a neurologist and having additional blood tests completed.

As one can imagine, Peanut’s vet bills have already been difficult to manage. However, he is my baby and I will do anything to get him the help he needs. I do not take asking for help lightly in any way and was raised to be extremely independent. Any help towards Peanut’s medical bills and vet bills would be incredibly helpful. I just want to get my baby better so he can continue living the spoiled life he deserves!
