Support Peaberry Coffee After Two Devastating Break-Ins

Twice within the last several months, Peaberry Coffee has been broken into, leaving them to shoulder the financial burden of these unfortunate events. From a stolen register with cash sales to shattered windows, these incidents have not only impacted Peaberry Coffee but also the sense of safety for the Peaberry team and its local customers. The Dallas Police were called to make a report and they were a no show.

To make matters worse, the second break-in (12/8) happened two days before a scheduled closing for much-needed foundation repairs. The timing couldn’t be worse, and the financial strain from both the break-in and the closure are not good for a striving small business.

Despite these challenges, the Peaberry crew has continued to show up every day with a commitment to delivering the best service and coffee experience possible. However, the costs of repairs and replacements, combined with the upcoming closure, make it increasingly difficult for them to sustain operations. I’m asking you to join me in raising funds to help Peaberry with the financial burden of recent break ins and the cost of closing for repairs to occur.

Dos veces en los últimos meses, han asaltado Peaberry Coffee, dejándolos a cargo de la carga financiera de estos desafortunados acontecimientos. Desde una caja registradora robada con ventas en efectivo hasta ventanas rotas, estos incidentes no solo han impactado a Peaberry Coffee sino también la sensación de seguridad del equipo de Peaberry y sus clientes locales. Se llamó a la policía de Dallas para hacer un informe y no se presentaron.

Para empeorar las cosas, el segundo robo (8 de Dic) ocurrió dos días antes del cierre programado para reparaciones de cimientos muy necesarias. El momento no podría ser peor, y la tensión financiera tanto por el robo como por el cierre no es buena para una pequeña empresa en apuros.

A pesar de estos desafíos, el equipo de Peaberry ha seguido apareciendo todos los días con el compromiso de brindar el mejor servicio y experiencia de café posible. Sin embargo, los costos de reparaciones y reemplazos, combinados con el próximo cierre, hacen que les resulte cada vez más difícil mantener sus operaciones.
