Pendleton County, WV: With no shelter building to house homeless dogs or cats, PAWS depends on foster homes for cats and kennel boarding for dogs. Boarding has gotten so much more expensive this year and currently with no dog foster homes, we urgently need your help to pay our kennel boarding bills so we can continue to take in homeless dogs!
