We are reaching out with heavy hearts to support Pavani Tharigopula, a 32 year old from Yorkville, Illinois, who is currently facing a severe and life changing medical crisis.

Pavani is a loving, kind hearted, and incredibly positive person. She is always smiling, full of energy, and brings joy to everyone around her. She is known for her caring nature and for always being there for others, no matter the situation. Whether it is family or friends, Pavani has always been someone people can count on for support, warmth, and encouragement.

Today, she needs that same support from all of us.

In February 2026, Pavani began experiencing health issues that quickly worsened. By March 9, 2026, she had to be hospitalized, where doctors diagnosed her with chronic kidney disease following a kidney biopsy. Her condition has now progressed to the point where her kidneys are no longer functioning adequately.

She is currently undergoing dialysis three times a week, a physically exhausting and emotionally challenging process that is keeping her stable.

However, dialysis is not a permanent solution.

Doctors have confirmed that Pavani urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive and regain a normal life. Her transplant evaluation is currently in progress, and time is critical.

This situation has been sudden and overwhelming for the family, and they are doing everything they can to give Pavani the care she needs.

About Her Family
