Support Paul's Recovery and Medical Bills
Donation protected
This is my husband and I on October 6, 2018. It was one of the happiest days of our lives. Being newly married we enjoyed just being together and having fun everyday. In February 2020 everything changed. That's when Paul went into the hospital. We found out that he had high blood pressure that was out of control and not known. By this time it was too late. His aorta had torn and lots of damage was done. He spent 2 weeks in the hospital, a major surgery to put tons of stints in and ended up losing a kidney. Then in July of 2020 he had to have another major surgery that involved his carotid artery. Luckily, this went well. Ever since all of these major surgeries, things haven't been the same for him. It's really hard for him to stay motivated for one. He is always being hard on himself and feels bad for what I've had to deal with. For me it's nothing. I will always be there for him, no matter what! The one thing that weighs the most on him is all the medical and financial bills that have come of this. We have tried as much as we could to keep our heads above water, but it has just gotten to be too much. Just a few weeks ago he was back in the hospital for intestinal bleeding. He lost a lot of blood and now he's having a hard time recouping from it. Hopefully over time he will get better, but for now he can't do much as far as working goes. So, the financial stress has gotten worse. At this point, I ask that any little bit that you can donate would help more than you know. We just want to be able to get our head above water. Right now we are drowning. I know he would never ask for this on his own. He's a hard working man that has too much pride. Thank you for taking time to read this.
