On Monday, December 2nd Paul unfortunately had an accident at work and fell off a roof. As a result of his fall, Paul has three fractures in his pelvis and has broken the heel of his foot. Our family is extremely thankful Paul was not hurt worse, as he could have very easily have been paralyzed or worse. Unfortunately Paul and his family will financially feel the affects of this accident as he will be out of work for an extended amount of time. Thankfully workers comp will cover all medical bills, and some of his pay, but over the extended time he is out of work this will place a financial strain on him and his family. My hope with this is, Paul and Renee can focus on Paul’s healing and not have to worry and stress about any finances over the coming weeks and months.

Paul and his wife Renee have three children, all whom face their own medical issues and disabilities. With Paul basically recliner bound, Renee is physically and mentally trying to take on everything for 5 people. Many people have asked how they can help, and I know Paul and Renee both struggle to ask for help, because they are usually the ones helping. Some have delivered meals, and some have stopped in to visit, and they are extremely grateful for the support they have already received. If you can, please help them through this difficult time, and pray Paul can make a full recovery and return to work when time allows.
