Support Paul's Battle Against Glioblastoma

At the end of June, my uncle Paul House had a stroke-like event at work that sent him to the hospital. After a variety of tests, Paul was diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM), a fast-growing and aggressive malignant brain tumor. Currently surgery is not an option, and Paul's team of doctors at the University of Michigan hospital will start him on radiation treatments and chemotherapy oral medication. After that, they plan to transfer him to a team at Henry Ford to consider next steps.

As a family, we are starting this GoFundMe in order to support Paul and Kathy with their immediate and long-term financial needs. We are asking for donations to pay for medical expenses, travel costs associated with regular trips to Ann Arbor for treatments, assistance with home needs that will make it easier and more comfortable for Paul, and everything else associated with this medical diagnosis.

Our hope is that with assistance from family and friends, Paul, Kathy, and Tyler can focus on healing and recovery as opposed to health-related financial concerns.
